  • Respond to inquiries, questions, or comments submitted through our contact channels (web form, email, phone, or WhatsApp).  
  • To integrate your file as a client of the firm.
  • Preparation of contracts, agreements, and legal documents necessary for the provision of the service.
  • Compliance with tax and billing obligations.

Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following secondary purposes, which are not strictly necessary for the requested service but allow us to provide you with better service:

  • Sending newsletters, legal alerts, and updates on the regulatory framework.
  • Marketing, advertising, or commercial prospecting purposes for our legal services.

2. What personal data will we use for these purposes?

To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we will use the following personal data:

  • Identification data: Full name, handwritten or electronic signature, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), Unique Population Registry Key (CURP), official identification.
  • Contact information: Address, email, landline phone, and mobile phone.
  • Asset and/or financial data: (Only if strictly necessary for the legal matter at hand or for billing and collection purposes).

Through our website, we do not automatically collect sensitive personal data (such as racial or ethnic origin, health status, religious, philosophical, or moral beliefs, union affiliation, or sexual preferences).

3. With whom do we share your personal information and for what purposes?

We inform you that your personal data is shared domestically and internationally with the following individuals, companies, organizations, or authorities other than us, for the following purposes:

  • Competent authorities (Courts, Tribunals, Public Prosecutors, Notaries, Public Brokers): When strictly necessary for the legal defense or processing of matters you have entrusted to us.
  • Accounting or billing service providers: Exclusively for the issuance of tax receipts (CFDI).

Except for the exceptions provided in Article 37 of the Law, we commit not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent.

4. How can you Access, Rectify, or Cancel your personal data, or Object to its use? (ARCO Rights)

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of its use (Access). Likewise, you have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to have it removed from our records or databases when you consider it is not being used properly (Cancellation); as well as to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Objection).  

To exercise any of the ARCO rights, you must submit the respective request by sending an email to the ROC Abogados Privacy Department: [Insertar correo].

Your request must include at least: (I) Your full name and email address or physical address for us to send you the response; (II) Documents proving your identity or, if applicable, that of your legal representative; (III) A clear and precise description of the personal data for which you wish to exercise any of the ARCO rights; and (IV) Any other element that facilitates the location of the personal data.

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days, informing you of the outcome of your request.

5. How can you revoke your consent for the use of your personal data?

You may revoke any consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important to note that we may not always be able to fulfill your request or immediately cease using your data, as we may be legally obligated (such as for ongoing litigation) to continue processing your personal data. 6. Use of tracking technologies on our website (Cookies)
